I would like to thank you for the excellent job your company did when installing our furnace. The installers worked hard to see that floors were covered, areas kept clean, and to solve a couple of problems that arose during the installation process.

Due to access problems, the flue could not be replaced at the time of installation. Since we will be doing a remodel and would make access easier, I chose to replace the flue at the time of the remodel. Your office promptly called me after the installation to ask if I wanted a refund or if I wanted to wait and have your company do the work. I asked them to send me a letter stating this work hadn't been done and I received it approximately 4 days after the phone call.

The installers were unable to remove the old furnace at the time of installation and you were timely in calling me back to schedule a time to remove this. The employees doing this job were conscientious about keeping everything clean and not tracking into the house.

The furnace is working great, and I would highly recommend your company to anyone who asked. You also have my permission to use my name and phone number as a reference.

My experience with Perfect Climate was exceptional. I am someone that has a very busy schedule. I rely on the Internet to do much of my shopping and virtually all of my searching and evaluation of major purchases. When I cam across Perfect Climate, I found the presentation on the web enticing and informative. I went to the Cupertino showroom, and was impressed with the presentation, the friendliness, and the quality of their products. I did not fool around, feeling very comfortable about proceeding, even though I had not visited any other showrooms. After all, my web search had put Perfect Climate on the top of my list. Therefore, I immediately scheduled a visit by a representative to my house for an estimate. We did the deal, and within a week's time, I had a completely new heating and air conditioning system. The installation went off without a glitch, with my service representative at the site at the beginning and end. The system has worked like a dream. These guys are good!

Thank you for the prompt service during my time of need.
This past winter my forty year old furnace went out during the coldest time of the winter. I called your office to see how soon you could install a furnace for me. Because I had contacted your company in the fall of last year for a furnace and air conditioner estimate, I had all the paper work with my choices already to go.

I was advised if I did not mind waiting a couple of months for the installation of the air conditioner, I could get the furnace installed sooner. Needless to say, the air condition installation was not an urgent need. I was given an appointment for the next day at 9:00am.

The workers were here at my home at 8:30 in the morning ready to work. I had my furnace up and working by 2:00 in the afternoon. By 2:30 everything was cleaned up and the place where they worked was as neat as it was when the workers first arrived. They were courteous, clean, polite and very efficient and fast.
